The beautiful chapel has been host to countless weddings.
If you are planning a wedding and wish to be married in in this
wonderful space please contact us for arrangments.
The pictures above were taken shortly after the building
was purchased. Service could have been given the day we recieved
the key to the building. The main church auditorium has a historic
mural behind the altar.
There is more than one hundred fifty years of history standing
on the foundation of this building. I hope what I have to offer
adds something of lasting value to the history of the building,
to the community, and to the good of living.
Your wedding could be in a historic church building built
in 1836 along with some of the finest artwork from the region
and beyond. A community room and kitchen are also available for
receptions. There is also plenty of parking and, or space for
lawn activities. Additionally there is an 1896 Troy bell that
is 3 ft. tall up in the bell tower that fills the air with ancient
delight in the key of D
This beautiful auditorium is presently home to Gallery
exhibits At the McMillan Art Center. The walls are now art space
and if you wish we would be pleased to provide beautiful art
as part of any venue for the use of the building. I look forward
to posting pictures of the auditorium with artwork on the walls.
Space and pew arrangments can be tailor-made to suit the
requirments of parties wishing to create a memorable event of
a lifetime.

in order to offer you as reasonable rate as possible:

- --The Rental Rates varies from $200 -$500
for the Whole Building / Per Day, depending on the services
required.

- --The Rental Rates varies from $100 -$500
for the Upper Level / Per Day, depending on the services
required.

- --Evening and Hourly Rental Rates for
the Upper and or Lower Level are strictly negotiable based on
usage.

- 1. Do you want the entire building? Upper and Lower levels
are available together or separately.

- 2. What hours do you require?
-
- 3. How many people will be in attendance.

- 4. How do you want the Upper Level auditorium arranged
/ seating (# of seats) / Tables? / Will our sound system work
you?

- 6. What do you require in the Lower Community Room: #
of tables / coverings & chairs. / kitchen requirements /
other?

- NOTE: the Lower level is home to my art studio (easels
tables and painting supplies would as neatly as possible occupy
approximately 1 / 6 of floor space in one corner) the remaining
floor space could be quite sparse.

- 7. If you are using a caterer we would prefer they remove
all trash & recyclables from our provided containers. Please
let us know if in advance if you want us to can handle the trash
& recyclables. Does your caterer provide table coverings
and tableware?

- FYI: General Building Information:
UPPER LEVEL, has six (12 foot long) pews against the walls. Chairs
can arranged according to your seating and or dance requirements
Seating for one hundred is easily do-able.

- LOWER LEVEL, has two (12 foot long) pews against the walls.
Tables and chairs can be arranged according to your needs. Lower
level is very well lit with new day spectrum lighting.

- KITCHEN, Is well lit with plenty of usable counter space,
gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, filtered well water (we import
drinking water) We Re-cycle and provide trash receptacles. Our
kitchen has 8 electric receptacles. No sink garbage disposal
please.

- CHAIRS, (14 padded non-folding, and 57 folding chairs
are available)

- ELEVATOR: I am the only one allowed to operate the elevator
since I am on the premise during events at the McMillan Art Center.

- PARKING SPACE, the building has a u-drive-around and plenty
of parking space. Additional parking is also available.
